What is AlwaysUrban.com's shipping policy?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 full business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some of our orders are sent in separate shipments. We only ship in multiple packages in order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, or to ensure that we offer you the greatest selection possible.

How do you determine shipping rates?
You will be charged shipping and handling rates that are determined by the weight of your package, the zip code the package will be shipped to, and the method of shipping you select. All shipping costs are based on real-time information we receive from the individual carriers.

Is international shipping available?
At this time, we only ship to addresses inside the United States. We don't want to deny anyone his or her right to nice gear, so we will be working to bring our selection of the best urban fashion to your doorstep in the near future.

Is expedited shipping available?

Please use the original packaging to return your items. It's the right size and it saves materials!

Check your email. You can expect to receive your AlwaysUrban.com gift code within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. We'll also give you the lowdown on all the cool stuff that we don't sell, because we encourage you to buy stuff that isn't on AlwaysUrban.com. Otherwise, you wouldn't have any, lawn darts, feather dusters, scented candles, commemorative plates or manila folders. See, there is tons of cool shit we don't sell.

How do I remove myself from your email list?
All of our marketing emails are CAN-SPAM compliant and thus contain an opt-out link within the email. I just used “thus” in a sentence, no wonder you want out. Just click there and you can opt-out, but never forget that you were once the wind beneath our wings.

What is drop-shipping?
In order to offer our customers the greatest selection possible some of our inventory is shipped from outside our Chicago warehouse. We feel that drop shipping enhances our customer's experience; otherwise it would not be offered.
